Sales Coordinator


Duties & Responsabilites


1. Monitors the implementation of the BDA’s (Business Development agreements) signed with the trade, promotional activities, analyzing sales data and assessing sales weaknesses.
2. Helps the General Sales Manager in the categorization of the new clients.
3. Segregates & distributes PO’s material / samples … among the different sales divisions.
4. Reports / consolidates competitive activities in coordination with the various trade managers.
5. Coordinates / organizes the sales team’s interdepartmental demands and requests.

6. Follows up on various issues in sales department as requested by the General Sales Manager.
7. Provide day-to-day support to the sales staff, support materials and return authorizations
8. Assisting sales analyst in generating daily sales reports whenever required
9. Prioritize and organize daily workload (projects, order entry, customer contracts, internal follow-up, customer mailings …)
10. Provide administrative support to the GSM and other sales staff accordingly
11. Create and manage spreadsheets, letters, clerical and customer presentations
12. Complete follow up requests in a timely manner
13. Willing to demonstrate flexibility in work hours, assignments and scope of work as required in order to meet objectives of the sales department
14. Be a member of the team that supports reception desk coverage
15. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


•BA Degree (Preferably in Marketing) or equivalent professional qualification.
•At least 5 years experience in similar position
•Arabic and English. French is a plus.
