Merchandiser


Duties & Responsabilites


1.Maintain the interest of the company as a priority, and insure extreme integrity and honesty in dealing with customers, colleagues, and superiors.

2.Establishing and maintaining good working relationship with Key Account’s management, floor as well as warehouse staff.

3.Ensures the proper implementation of contracts signed by key accounts with their full details.
4.Executes product display as per the company’s provided plano-grams.

5.Monitors continuously the stock levels at customer sites and coordinates the replenishing of stock levels with his direct superior.

6.Have a thorough up-to-date knowledge of all the products within the company portfolio.

7.Have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of competitive products and activities in the market.

8.Monitor the expiry dates of FDC products.

9.Ensure visibility, inviting appearance, & cleanliness of our products.

10.Managing shelf spaces in the most beneficial way.

11.Submitting full reports on time.

12.Re-pack & arrange loose products in order to maintain neat & tidy stocks, thus minimizing damages.

13.Strictly adhere to the company operational policies and regulations while performing the tasks: Such as HR policies (working hours/No less than 80% of the time in the field, leave the office no later than 9:30 am, general appearance and dress code), Finance policies, meetings, and reporting.

14.Prepares, on a daily basis, a merchandize report and submits it to Trade Marketing Supervisor. The report will include outlets visited, activities performed, price compliance and competitive information.

Qualifications


•At least Bac 2 and university education remains a strategic preference.
•0-1 year of minimum relevant experience
•Fluent in English and Arabic.
