Sales Supervisor


Duties & Responsabilites


Develops an efficient region sales program to ensure the achievement of the targeted sales forecast.
2. Suggests efficient means for sales performance optimization.
3. Suggests any changes to the area sales strategy, policies and procedures in coordination with the sales manager.
4. Ensures the proper implementation of the established sales policies and procedures.
5. Coordinates and supervises the daily sales operations within the specified team and area.
6. Controls the sales representatives’ daily activities e.g. controls their scheduled journey itinerary, required report forms etc…
7. Controls the sales representatives’ performance through the comparison of targeted Vs actual productivity per brand and customer.
8. Coordinates with the sales representatives on the most efficient means to optimize the sales performance through reviewing and discussing the problems encountered during the daily sales operations.
9. Coordinates with his direct superior on advertising or promotional campaigns to improve the sales operations.
10. Monitors and follows-up on the competitor’s prices and sales strategy.
11. Processes all customer sales orders and monitors their delivery.
12. Resolves any problems occurring whilst delivery.
13. Monitors and follows-up all A/R related matters, in coordination with the sales representatives and/or collectors.
14. Handles the cases of delayed customer payments.
15. Monitors the efficient and orderly shelf exposure and product pricing in coordination with the sales manager.
16. Ensures the optimal sales and distribution of each brand by the sales representatives.
17. Establishes and maintains good relations with potential and current customers.
18. Provides customers with the adequate product information.
19. Conducts periodic market visits to resolve any customer problems.
20. Prepares periodic progress reports related to the sales operations.
21. Maintains and ensures the proper filing of all sales related documents.
22. Supervises the Sales Representatives’ work programs and ensures their proper execution.
23. Assumes all authorities outlined in the authorities schedule.
24. Undertakes any other duties assigned by his direct superior.

Qualifications


•BA in Business Administration or Equivalent professional qualification
•At least 5 years experience in related position
•Arabic and English. French is a plus.
•Computer literacy
